Florida Sign Co. offers full-time employees comprehensive medical and prescription plans through Florida Blue. Employees can choose between two options. Both plans cover primary care, specialist visits, and wellness/preventive care at 100%. Prescription costs vary based on the brand. The cost per pay period varies depending on the coverage level (employee only, employee/spouse, etc.).


Dental & Vision

Florida Sign Co offers full-time employees a robust benefits package aimed at supporting their health and wellness needs effectively. Dental insurance through Guardian covers routine checkups, cleanings, and X-rays, while also providing savings on basic and major dental services. Vision care includes regular eye exams and discounted options for lenses and frames, ensuring comprehensive eye health. Health insurance through Florida Blue provides choices for primary,
specialty, and preventive care, alongside prescription coverage tailored to your family’s needs. This comprehensive package ensures employees can manage their health expenses while receiving quality care for themselves and their families.


Employer Paid Life Insurance

Florida Sign Company provides a basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance policy to all full-time employees at no cost. The life benefit is $25,000, which doubles in the event of accidental death. An accelerated death benefit provides 75% of the death benefit, with a max of $250,000. Please ensure that your beneficiary information is up to date. Note that the benefit reduces starting at age 65.


Long Term & Short-Term Disability

Florida Sign Co provides both voluntary Long-Term and Short-Term Disability benefits through Guardian. The Long-Term Disability benefit replaces lost income if an employee is disabled and unable to work for more than 181 days, providing 60% of their monthly salary up to $5,000. The Short-Term Disability benefit is voluntary, paid 100% by the employee, and is available if disabled for more than 7 days, lasting up to 26 weeks, with a benefit of 60% of the weekly salary to a maximum of $500 per week.
